Oasis Optique provides complete eye exams, including health and prescription checks by our optometrist, Dr. Duy-Luc Pham.
Adults (18-64 years): $125 for full exam, including retinal imagery.
Seniors (over 65) and kids (5-17 years): No charge with RAMQ card. Optional retinal imagery: $30.
For emergency appointments, fees may vary between $40-$80.
We offer direct insurance billing with most insurance companies. Ask us during your next appointment!
Bring your medication list, as well as all pairs of glasses that you currently use.
If you are a contact lens wearer, please wear them to your appointment, and bring your contact lens case and also your glasses.
Bring your Medicare card (patients under 18 or 65 and over). Please note that additional fees may apply as per the recommendations of the optometrist.
